My Interland Certificate of Awesomeness

We are practicing how to be cybersmart online by playing a cool game called Interland. This game is a good way to teach you and others how to be cybersmart. It is free has four levels to complete and at the end you get a cool certificate, as shown here. I found most of the levels easy but that may be different to some other people. Anyway feel free to comment on my post and I hope you enjoy.

Spellbound Poem

W.A.L.T- We are learning to create our own spell using, alliteration, gruesome ingredients and rhyming couplets.

I found this task fun and slightly challenging, I found it challenging to make it rhyme and also found it hard to use alliteration. Any way I enjoyed making my own spell and poem.

My Calendar Art

W.A.L.T-  Recreate a snapshot of an animals eye, using pastel or colored pencil. 

I really enjoyed doing this, I found it really fun and somewhat challenging. Anyway this is my calendar art of a Giraffe eye. I hope you like it!

100 Word Challenge

W.A.L.T- Write a story with the 100 Word Challenge.

Story #1

As I read the content of the letter, I was aware of the smile on my face… I had made it into Hogwarts! I could feel my cheekbones almost raising to the roof. I couldn’t believe my luck! As soon as I found out I was a wizard I knew I had to go. I was smiling so much my face was aching like an old lady's back. The cool breeze of the cold night blew against my cheeks sending a shiver down my spine, the cool breeze settled my face into a relaxed state. I had so much excitement.

Story #2

“Why would I do that!” I exclaimed to my friend.

“Because it will be amazing, I know it!” my friends replied trying to persuade me into going.

“But you know I don’t come from a witching family” I continued.

“Well your great great grandmother was a witch” she spoke.

“Well… you do have a point” she paused “OK then”

I ran down the stairs leaving my friend behind.

“I Cybella, is going to Hogwarts!” I shouted out.

“Woo!” cheered my friend clapping. “So when are you going to go?” questioned my friend before walking towards me.

“I don’t know”

I found this challenge fun and challenging. I really enjoyed doing this I would defiantly do it again.

Planet Doom

What is Planet Doom?

Planet Doom is a planet that is apart of a game called The Oasis. The Oasis is virtual reality game of where the planet is located. The Oasis has many other games/planets in it such as this one.  

This planet is located in a faraway galaxy, far away enough so no one can fly there themselves. It is full with war and is very dangerous, once you die you lose all your stuff in real life, in the game and your levels. Only the best players survive. You can choose to leave this planet any time just with a touch of a button, but only when your NOT in the middle of a fight. No real humans can access this planet, only your avatars from the game can do so.

What is Planet Doom made of?

Planet Doom is a fiery planet with lakes full with lava and a rocky surface, meaning it is about 100 000 000 degrees there. Surrounding the planet is a wall of fire that keeps everyone in. In the middle there is a dangerous l type of rock called The Doom Rock, if anyone touches it, it gives them a burn that gradually makes it way over the whole body, then you die. But there are more deaths from Volcano Mosquito bites (A Mutated Mosquito that is extremely poisonous)  than dying from The Doom Rock.

Conclusion

The creator of this game/planet The Omega says that it is too dangerous for level 1-6 players to go on this planet. Before being transported to the planet, a robot scans you to see what level you are before you can go on the planet. This is because you unlock better and more things that are used to kill other players. Scientist have proven that the life expectancy on Planet Doom is 12
